Hunting and Sporting Scenes 12 / Escenas de Caza y Deportes 12
Henry Thomas Alken (1785-1851) fue un pintor y grabado inglés, especializado en aguafuertes, conocido por ser un gran ilustrador y caricaturista de temas deportivos y sesiones de entrenamiento.
Entre los títulos a los que pertenecen estas estampas se cuentan :
-- "The Analysis of the Hunting Field; Being a Series of Sketches of the Principal Characters That Compose One. The Whole Forming a Slight Souvenir of the Season", 1845-6.
-- "The Jaunts and Jollities of That Renowned Sporting Citizen Mr. John Jorrocks of St. Botolph Lane and Great Coram Street".
-- "The Life of a Sportsman by Nimrod Charles James Apperley, Ackermann edited", 1842.
